CANCELLATIONS

We require 48 hours’ notice of any changes or cancellations to avoid being charged a fee of $40. No show appointments will incur 100% charge of services booked to the guest card on file. This policy ensures that our stylists are fully utilizing their schedule and provides ample time for our guest services team to refill the space.

We make every effort to remind you of your reservation prior to your scheduled date. Phone calls, text messages, and emails are sent out starting a week prior to the scheduled date and followed up on every single day until confirmation is completed. If we do not receive confirmation and are within 48 hours, we complete a courtesy phone call and text message stating that if we do not receive confirmation, the appointment cannot be held and must be taken out of the schedule.

RETURNS | EXCHANGES

Retail products have a 10 day guarantee. We guarantee all color services when our retail product is used at home.

CREDIT CARD FEES

Effective 10/26/2023, our guests will need to provide us with a valid credit card on file to secure any reservations made via online booking. This new system is in place to help your checkout process be fast and efficient. Your credit card information is always processed in compliance with Merchant Data Standards in compliance with the latest PCI Date Security Standards.

Any services checked out with a credit card; our system will be adding a 3% merchant fee. Cash will NOT incur these fees.

CHILDREN

For safety reasons, we request that our guests do not have children accompany them to their reservation unless they have scheduled services and an accompanying guardian during the visit with us. We want our guests to be able to relax and enjoy their time at our salon.
