Julio Angel studied in NYC and learned from the best while working in a prestigious NYC Madison Avenue salon for several years, collaborating with top stylists, models, singers and actors. Along the way he participated in NYC Fashion Week, working with well-known designers Issey Miyake, Theirry Mugler and Zang Toi, among others. In 2010 he decided to open his own salon in his home state of New Jersey where he realized there was a need for more hospitality-based salons. Now after 12 years as an owner Julio Angel has found a home and new salon family here at Boulevard Hair Boutique.
