You have to find a new grocery store, a new coffee shop, a new church, new friends, and somewhere in the middle of all of that, you’re also trying to find a hairstylist you can trust. That’s a lot to ask from someone you’ve never met.

So let me introduce myself.

🥰 Hi, I’m Victoria and I specialize in lived-in color and balayage for women who want beautiful, effortless hair that fits their real life—not hair that has them back in the salon every few weeks.

I’m all about creating color that grows out softly, feels natural, and gives you that “I woke up like this” confidence. I want you to leave my chair loving your hair on appointment day, but even more importantly, I want you to love it six, eight, and twelve weeks later. 🧘🏻‍♀️

But if I’m being honest, I care about so much more than hair.

One of my favorite parts of this career is getting to know the women who sit in my chair. We celebrate engagements, weddings, babies, promotions, answered prayers, and new beginnings together. We laugh, sometimes we cry, and somewhere between the foils and the shampoo bowl, complete strangers become friends. 💒 👶🏻 💸 🙏🏻 😆😢

Here’s the only requirement for sitting in my chair: Be kind. That’s it. We don’t have to agree on everything, but kindness is a non-negotiable. So if you’re a professional meanie… I am not the stylist for you.

The women I naturally connect with are the ones who lead with grace. They love their families fiercely. They love their husbands well. Their faith guides how they treat people. They find joy in the little things—good coffee, long conversations, weekend adventures, and making memories with the people they love.

Those are my kinda people.

My chair is a place where everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and cared for. I believe kindness matters. I believe words matter. I believe everyone is carrying something you can’t see, and because of that, I choose to lead with compassion every single day.

As hairstylists, we pour so much of ourselves into the people who trust us. We celebrate your milestones as if they’re our own, we want you to feel beautiful, and we genuinely care about your experience. My hope is that every guest who sits in my chair leaves feeling lighter—not just because of fresh hair, but because they spent a few hours in a place where they felt completely comfortable being themselves.
